Problem with rewards from credit card. TD Bank issued me a credit card with rewards promised based on purchases made with the card. I earned points to qualify for {$220.00} in cash back or gift cards. On XX/XX/2018 I placed a phone order for two {$100.00} and two {$10.00} gift cards for XXXX that totaled {$220.00} which I never received. TD Bank sent them to the wrong address even though I confirmed my correct mailing address with TD Bank when I placed the order and several times prior to placing the order. Several months ago, TD Bank promised to credit my VISA account {$220.00} representing the gift cards I never received for the cash back rewards I earned as agreed. I still have not received the gift cards or the cash back rewards of {$220.00} as promised by TD Bank.
