Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. My complaint is against Macys/DSNB. I had a medical hardship back on XX/XX/XXXX so late payments were reported on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX( 60 days late ) from Macys Account # XXXX, Opened Date XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted a dispute with Macys on XX/XX/XXXX, kindly asking those late payments reported to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to be removed because of my health situatuion due to my age. I did have the money to pay, but I was at the hospital so it was not possible for me to do it. They requested some documentation so I did send my medical certificate that proves that I was at the hospital when the late payments happened. However, the XX/XX/XXXXcredit reports for all three credit bureaus are still reflecting the late payment history on the m
