Problem with customer service. I got an email at XXXX on a Sunday evening telling me I have a message. First I have to call to find out where the message center is. Apparently it's hidden under Services - Statements and Documents - view E-communications. Then I have to call back because it's a message telling to call but not why. '' Fight through you voice mail system again only to be told they don't what it's about either but I should probably call ba
