Debt collection — International Computer Systems, Inc. (UT)

Debt was result of identity theft. FIRST COLLECTION SVCS violated the the governed laws under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ) by reinserting a previously deleted debt that was due to fraud and identity theft they failed to send any proper notice within 5 business days of reinserting the debt back to the credit bureaus. I am now filing a complaint with the CFPB for this violation as this is a willful and direct act of breaking the law.
