Debt is not yours. So the complaint is against Caine and Weiner. I have sent over proof that I don't owe the debt amount of debt that they are trying to collect on. I a m being charged for a apartment that XXXX XXXX had had wrongfully accuse me of leaving a dirty apartment and for 3 months back rent. I have sent over proof that I don't owe the debt and they said that they have sent the information back to the original debtor so as to adjust the debt. Its been a month and I have gotten nowhere. I have worked with the boss a mr. XXXX and he is no help at all. Submitted below is copy of the lease as well as pictures of the apartment.
