Banking errors. My XXXX account was opened on or about XX/XX/2019. I was supposed to receive a {$50.00} promotion for meeting the terms within 60 days. I met the terms and the {$50.00} was due on XX/XX/19. However to date, the funds have yet to be credited to my account. I have contacted Wells Fargo on over 5 occasions and was advised it would be credited no later than XX/XX/19 but still have not received the funds as of XX/XX/19.
