Credit card or prepaid card — JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. (FL)

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I am filing this complaint based on the keys principles set forth by the Basic Consumer Rights. The Consumer Bill of Rights pushed for by XXXX XXXX XXXX established four basic rights ; the right to safety, the right to be informed, the right to choose, and the right to be heard. I was denied all four. On XX/XX/XXXX, I bought a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX. As a mean to lower my monthly payment, I used a Chase Sapphire Preferred and a XXXX XXXX respectively to add {$4500.00} down payment. After I took the vehicle home, I discovered several issues that required immediate attention of the dealer. I called and spoke to XXXX, the salesperson and he advised me to confirm a date that I could bring the vehicle in. W
