My account was supposed to be at a XXXX dollar payment until XX/XX/2019 And it was reported 90 days past due in XX/XX/2019 I have contacted this company over 20 times and I have reached out to all levels of superiority with the company and they nor the credit bureaus will update my credit file correctly
