Checking or savings account — BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (OK)

Problem using a debit or ATM card. I had my card copied and was used at XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX Bank of America put the claim in wrong that I got charged 2 times and would provide recent never got anything in the mail then they took out of my account.I then called and told them they made a mistake and these were fraudulent.They put a claim in and these companies wouldn't give the money and closed my account without telling cause I was XXXX overdrawn and charge backs were for XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX now they are holding onto my direct deposit from my and are going to take it out of that money which I need to pay my mortgage and car payment.they did these charges XX/XX/XXXX XXXX
