Problem making or receiving payments. I opened a bank account with Wells Fargo online. They had a promotion at the time offering {$400.00} for opening a new account with them. I had to start the account online with {$25.00} and make direct deposits that cumalatively equaled {$3000.00} a month for 3 consecutive months. One time while on a chat with customer service I inquired about my meeting the criteria and when I would see the bonus. I was told I had met the criteria and I would receive it in 45 days. When I woke up the following morning the record of that chat was erased. I was suspicious and called customer service. I was placed on hold for an extremely long time, transferred again and again and the finally given to a supervisor. The supervisor listened for a second then began to berat
