Credit card or prepaid card — Paypal Holdings, Inc (MO)

Can't use card to make purchases. PayPal keeps withholding my funds without a valid reason, they have made me spend extra money in the past for their XXXX 3rd world Representatives I sold shirts from my website and PayPal withheld my money for no reason. They are trying to retaliate against me for filing a complaint against them, they have stolen money from me in the past by making me / forcing me to perform financial acts that are unreasonable and then thinking and apology later will suffice.
