( Please see pages 6, 7, and 8 of the attached credit report. ) This account has been paid in full since XX/XX/2019 and should not be reporting on my credit report. This account has been closed. I have contacted the ( 2 ) bureaus to fix this, however I have not been successful. This incorrect reporting is harming my credit score.
