Credit card or prepaid card — AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY (NY)

Privacy issues. Regarding AmEx accounts that they shut down against my wishes, they have been harrassing many people who are not my spouse, and even non-blood relatives. The most recent call was on XX/XX/19 at about XXXX. As I understand the debt collection laws and regulations, other outside parties may be contacted only once in an effort to secure contact information in a credit.debt dispute. Despite being told by these outside parties that cant provide such info, an AmEx rep at XXXX has repeatedly called alternate numbers for the same outside parties in succession. They must be stopped and punished for harrassing outside parties in a matter that is entirely between me and them.
