Didn't receive enough information to verify debt. I requested a debt validation in writing (609) letter to the collection Agency Financial Data Systems on XX/XX/XXXX Financial data systems failed to validate the date and they sent me 17 pages of my medical records/files dating back to XXXX. They have violated my civil rights under (HIPPA). I did not give Financial Data Systems permission to have copies of my private medical records nor did I sign a release form or a HIPPA release form to be released to a third party. The medical records that they sent me have private information on them as well as my health insurance information. I do not have a signed contract with Financial Data Systems and they have also sent these private medical records to all three credit bureaus. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX
