Debt is not yours. WE are not sure what this debt is or who its for or where it came from. It has been cleared from my credit report then reappears then I get it cleared then it reappears.. Its IC systems this time in the past it was XXXX XXXX XXXX prior to that another collection agency they just keep selling it reporting it so on. They all demand money then offer want discounted settlements 80 % 90 % discount Its a fraudulent account.
