Loan balance remaining after the vehicle is repossessed and sold. My car was repossessed a few weeks ago. I called them and told them to please come get the vehicle. It was a financial hardship on me and I could no longer afford the vehicle. They never come to get it till a few weeks ago. I had filed a complaint on my credit report and shortly after that they did send a recovery tow service to take the vehicle. The problem now is they are still reporting the vehicle as not paid and late on my credit report. The vehicle was a voluntary repossession due to financial hardship. My last known payment to IDA finance company on the vehicle was in XX/XX/2019. I need this to be resolved. When I call the company they are very rude and unprofessional to me and I feel I do not have to listen to people
