Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I contacted a company XXXX XXXX XXXX in regards to business funding. I confirmed with this company weather it would be a soft or hard inquiry to check a pre-approval. The company responded its only a soft inquiry for a pre-approval and that there would not be a hard inquiry unless I signed and accepted an offer. Shortly after I moved forward with the pre-approval, I received an Experian Credit alert stating that a Hard inquiry was made on my credit report. I contacted the company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) immediately and the company states they were not aware that there was a hard inquiry. I immediately forwarded the alert to the company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) showing them proof. XXXX XXXX XXXX rep just stated that there concern
