Personal information incorrect. I legally changed my name and gender and my credit has been tanking ever since and I can not get any loans or creidt. Background checks, credit checks, credit scores, etc all show under my old legal name and gender and despite contacting them for over a year now, nothing has been updated and my credit is still 100-200 points lower than it was with a name that is not updated. I do not know what else to do! Please assist.
