Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. XXXX and Transunion are reporting incorrectly a current balance due on the XXXX XXXX partial account number XXXX. ( Please see page attached from my credit report. ) This account has been paid and should be reporting a {$0.00} balance. XXXX is reporting correctly on this account. I have attached a copy of payment statements to XXXX XXXX. This false reporting of a balance due is harming my credit report and these line items need to report accurate information. I have contacted the ( 2 ) bureaus to resolve this however, I have not been successful.
