Trouble with how payments are being handled. Navient wrongly ended my Income Driven Repayment " IDR '' plan a month early ( XX/XX/2019 instead of XX/XX/2019 XXXX and charged me the standard repayment amount for the final month of the 12 month cycle instead of the IDR amount. My payments have been on time every month and I have documentation of the error. I spoke to Navient customer service and was told it would be promptly corrected. I followed up a month later and was told the same thing but it still has not been corrected. As a result, my account has shown an outstanding balance now for almost 6 months and my credit score has been negatively affected.
