I was going to buy a dog and a XXXX page contacted me saying that he had it and had to pay half before and half after I get the dog, and then I paid by the Zelle {$320.00} at XX/XX/2019, and then in a couple days he sent me a msg saying that i should get an email from the shipping company and could be at the junk, when he said that I already knew i got robbed, but i opened the email and there was saying I had to pay $ 900+ refundable to the shipping company, and then I told him that he never told me about paying that I didn't have that money, and he said yeah I know I should have told you before and bla bla bla , and then I told him that I already knew that the email was fake and if he didn't pay me back I would call the police, and then he blocked me. So I opened a case on XXXX XXXX
