Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. In XX/XX/2019, Transunion closed my positive rating account of mine due to a recent bankruptcy ( this Bankrutcy was recently dismissed ). I wrote to them to find out why, and instead of fixing the issue, they deleted the entire account! This was not what i wanted them to do. They didn't even investigate it, they just deleted it. When i called them over the phone, i asked why, they response was that this account was never reporting with Transunion! I said yes it has, i have proof of it. They actually hung up on me.They are being incoopertive in fixing this issue. They carelessly removed a very important new account of mine that was a new car loan that was helping my credit in a big way. They removed it from my credit report without ev
