Account information incorrect. XXXX XXXX XXXX issued a credit card by mail that was mailed to my residence while I was on a trip to XXXX. I never received the card. A few weeks later I received a statement showing charges in a different city than the one I reside in. I contacted them and reported this as fraud. XXXX XXXX blatantly lied about conducting an investigation and deemed the charges as legitimate. This is a physical impossibility as I was literally in the XXXX XXXXl at the time. I have sent proof including a certified notarized police report proving I was in deed in XXXX at the time. My Spouse and I were on this trip. They have continued to report this to credit agencies causing my credit score to plummet. Consequently XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX have lowered my credit limits. I have
