Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. Well I keep disputing it online and then it gets takin off my credit report then they put it back on my credit report saying new account open and it was sold to a new creditor which is illegal Commonwealth Financial opened XX/XX/2019 the last time they put it on my report it said XXXX of 2019 amount of {$1300.00}
