Deposits and withdrawals. On XX/XX/XXXX i made a mobile deposit. On XX/XX/XXXX the check cleared and was in my account under my current and my availabie balance. XXXX was the amount. I have not had acess to my funds at all its been 7 months. They say a check could take up to 3 years to be returned. Now XXXX XXXX has paid the check it has cleared. Now there telling me that i need to find the person who wrote the check have them call capital one 360 on from a number they can verfiy. I was paid for one time cleaning job to salvage and clean belongings left from a house fire. This person moved to FL why cant they go threw his bank to find him and if there was a issue i dont think his bank would of paid it. I bank with capital one 360 checking my name is XXXX XXXX
