Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NY)

Account information incorrect. On XX/XX/2019 I disputed an account that was paid in full, I submitted evidence online that it was paid and on XX/XX/2019 they responded that the balance they are reporting is correct, how can this be correct when I paid it off and the 2 other major credit reporting agencies had updated their reports to show my balance was paid in full and closed. I have attached 2 snap shots of XXXX and XXXX XXXX with those said accounts and the balance and when it was updated.
