Credit card or prepaid card — DISCOVER BANK (SC)

Card opened as result of identity theft or fraud. I was sent a bill from Discover Bank to pay. I sent them an AFFIDAVIT OF LEGAL NOTICE AND DEMAND TO VALIDATE DEBT CLAIM letter. Discover has NOT responded and Discover is well-aware that silence is acquiescence. Discover does NOT have a contract with me. Discover did NOT provide the ORIGINAL SIGNED, WET INK INSTRUMENT OF INDEBTEDNESS IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM. Discover is reporting their fraudulent/unverified account to my credit files.
