Problem with customer service. On XX/XX/2019 I contacted Chase about an email message I received from them ( see `Chase denied it sent this notification from Chase XXXX` attachment ). To my surprise Chase in its response denied that the email message was sent from Chase and claimed that it was a " phishing '' email message ( see 'Secure Messages - chase claiming that the email was not sent by chase XXXX ' attachment ). It is not clear to me if Chase does not want to discuss the contents of the messages it had been sending to me by making such denials or it truly believes that my email address that I have provided to Chase and which the message was sent and the balance on my credit card account that was included in the message were accessible by some other party that was sending " phish
