Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. XXXX ; Experian and XXXX are reporting incorrectly that I am ( 120 180 ) days late on the XXXX XXXX partial account number XXXX. ( Please see page attached from my credit report. ) My husband was in the military and very ill and passed away from health complications. I was not aware that the first mortgage was in any kind of jeopardy. I took out a second mortgage and never missed one payment. XXXX foreclosed on this account and then sold the account to XXXX. I was never contacted regarding any collection on this account and consequently I was not able to resolve the collection issue. Because I was never late on the payments, there should not be any lates being reporting. This false reporting of lates is seriously harming my credit
