Didn't receive advertised or promotional terms. Around XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from my Citi/Sears Mastercard for an offer of no interest for 18 months AND a 5 % statement credit for a single purchase of {$540.00} or more made outside of Sears with an expiration of XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a single purchase of {$700.00} of home heating oil thus fulfilling the offers requirements. When I received the Citi CC bill in late XXXX, they had split the charge into two amounts of {$260.00} and {$430.00}, thus making me ineligible for the offer. My first call to Citi on XX/XX/XXXX resulted in my being advised to call the merchant because " ... Citi doesn't control that ''. A call to the merchant, XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX informed me that " We submitted a single charge of {$700.00} bu
