Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — SYNCHRONY FINANCIAL (NY)

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. Today XX/XX/2020 I received an alert that my care credit/synchrony bank credit card was reported as delinquent. This brought my credit score way down. The account is not delinquent. I tried submitting a dispute on transunion but unable to do so. This account should not be reporting as delinquent Ive also had many issues resolving a problem with this bank in the past.
