Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (AL)

Information belongs to someone else. I disputed this inaccurate account on XXXX of 2020 with all three major credit bureaus, ( XXXX, Equifax and XXXX ). The account I disputed was XXXX XXXX and dispute reason was that this closed charged-off account is adding interest to the account. By the FCRA, I believe this is a violation. I asked for this account to be deleted immediately and neither one followed the fcra laws. So I'm contacting the cfpb to get involved and help with this issue.
