Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged. I am submitting this complaint against Meridian Financial Collection Services for violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Act by not responding to the request I made to provide information documenting this debt. Meridan Financial then reported this debt to the XXXX Credit Bureau without responding to my request for documentation which is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This action has caused a great damage to my excellent credit standing that I have worked to achieve over many years. Never once providing requested documentation that I owe this debt.
