None. Titlemax I feel set me up for failure in regards to my car. Lender regulations state the Lender must verify income, check expenses to see if borrower can repay the loan by the due date. Clearly a single mother who made {$10.00} hrly could not afford a {$510.00} interest payment alone muchless pay down the loan. XXXX knew I had been having an issue coming up with that outrageous rate, my son had been in a serious XXXX and I made her aware of this. I also brought to her attention that no one verified my income to see if I am even able to afford such interest, no one verified my insurance and no one offered to help me at this time or offer me a way to keep my car. My car was taken Wednesday XX/XX/20 and no one contacted me to tell me where my car was or where I could get my belongings.
