None. PHH Mortgage owns the reverse mortgage on my home loan # XXXX. 1. PHH Mortgage unfairly receives excess interest on the loan by only accepting payments via mail. Thus by not accepting online payments, interest is charged for up to two weeks or more after a payment is mailed, unfairly limiting my ability to reduce the amount of the mortgage and unfairly benefiting from the excess interest income. 2. PHH Mortgage does not permit direct access to Customers Service Representatives who can answer specific questions related to accounting and or specific payments such as the status of a bank wire transfer. When I asked to speak to someone in the accounting office, I was told that I had to submit my questions in writing to the accounting department and they would get back to me.
