Problem with rewards from credit card. My XXXX XXXX Advantage account was locked then suspended with no specific reason. I attempted to reach out Citibank and XXXX XXXX but no responses at all. My account was in good standing and had over XXXX miles. I am current an XXXX XXXX XXXX serving overseas. I don't have any means of getting back home to see my loved ones because XXXX/Citi decided to suspended my account without any explanation. my account number:XXXX
