My account was locked by " Saks '' for verification in XXXX so I had to verify myself with photo ID by visiting a local Saks store. After I visited my local Saks store in XXXX, AL, my card was successfully unlocked by showing my ID to the staff. Later my account was locked by " Capital One '' again for verification again in XX/XX/2019.
