Was not notified of investigation status or results. In response to the letter I received on XX/XX/2020, Case # XXXX, Consumer # XXXX. I requested a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of a disputed bankruptcy on my consumer report. I have not gotten a response from Lexis Nexis. I was told over the phone that they get the information directly from the courts. I have received a letter from the bankruptcy court confirming they do not give out personal information to 3rd parties. I asked that they verify that it is in fact my bankruptcy and they failed to do so. The bankruptcy remains on my consumer report as incomplete and inaccurate information.
