Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I've been going back and forth with Transunion and XXXX trying to ensure that my credit card is being reported correctly. I have had excellent history and had this XXXX since XXXX. I've contacted both agencies 3 times in order to resolve the issue. Each side continues to say its the other 's fault. XXXX stated that there is some sort of ID block or fraud, I contacted Transunion and they said they removed a freeze and a lock on my report and to have chase resubmit a reinsertion request which chase has done. I keep going back and forth with these XXXX companies and no one can seem to resolve the issue and I just want it fixed. I believe when I had some identity theft back in XXXX they XXXX have messed something up on transunions end an
