Investigation took more than 30 days. I sent a certified letter asking them so sent me a Method of Verification for my bankruptcy and if they couldn't please remove from my report and they said it was verified through XXXX who sent me a letter stating the Experian or XXXX never responded to their request. XXXX, Experian nor XXXX has sent me the Method of verifying this information.
