Deposits and withdrawals. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a bank text stating I would no longer receive alerts and had to register online. I thought that was suspicious. Got online and noticed an amount of XXXX pending.i knew it wasnt me or my spouse. I panicked and called Chase bank immediately. The person on the phone stated he would freeze my account until I could prove who I was. Informing him I was out of town but would do it immediately arriving home. So on XX/XX/XXXX I went into the bank and the banker said he couldnt see why someone would transfer that amount into my savings so he said will close your checking and 3 savings account.
