Transaction was not authorized. I have been getting charged {$20.00} per month. This has been a free account in the past. We have a mortgage with Citizens Bank that also meets the relationship requirement. I called in. I was on hold for over an hour. When the person came back on she stated she could not hear me and hung up. I would like the funds I have been charged to be re-funded. Thanks
