None. At the middle of XXXX I XXXX looking for a product. The XXXX XXXX I found a sight that had it in stock but charged quite a bit for a bottle. I went to the check out and realized they wanted payment through PayPal which I prefer not to use. I opted to use my debit card from my checking account. I paid {$19.00} on XX/XX/2020 I never received a confirmation number nor any tracking number. The only thing I see is they took the funds out of my account but never shipped the product. I tried numerous times to contact PayPal but you cant speak to anyone due to covid 19 they are saying. I tried to put in a dispute and request a refund for a scam bu was unsuccessful in that as well. The only information I have is this information that is showing on my bank account. PayPal XXXX XXXX CA XXXX XXX
