Problem making or receiving payments. On XX/XX/2020, I sent a bill payment via SOFI Money 's bill payment service through the app on my XXXX in the amount of {$66.00}. I have used the service repeatedly to send checks to my water billing company ( XXXX ). I received an invoice from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX showing that the payment for {$66.00} had not been applied to my account. I attempted to review the details of the transaction in my account, but I was unable to view a canceled check or otherwise verify that the check sent on my behalf was deposited. I reached out to SOFI on the same date - via the email that was associated with the transaction : XXXX. After numerous emails back and forth with support on XX/XX/XXXX, I was unable to get any information about whether the check had been cashed,
