Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have a lease with Chase Auto Finance and they stopped my automatic payments. 2 payments were missed and I have now paid off these amounts. I explained to their agent that their documentation states that if you return the car, I would have to stop the automatic payments. But according to them, apparently when I extended my lease, I have to turn automatic payments back on. I just received a call from the agent that I spoke to last week telling me that they would not be able to back-date the payments after they had informed me that they would.
