Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. On several occasions, I have, to no avail, been disputing erroneous tradelines that have been reported to my Transunion Credit Report. Once the credit reporting agency responded stating that the erroneous tradelines where verified by the furnishers as belonging to me and accurate, I requested from the credit reporting agency a description of the method that they used to verify the erroneous information. The credit reporting agency has failed to provide that information to me within the allotted time frame but is still reporting the erroneous information on my credit report.
