Debt collection — AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY (CA)

Debt was paid. Just want to express that I am very concern and upset at this point. I havent had any response from American Express. I have been trying to solve this issue since XXXX of this year, and nothing has happened. I am complaining that American Express has done the following against the California Credit Reporting Act, and against my rights as a consumer : 1. Reporting different information across bureaus. 2. Reporting incomplete information. 3. Negligence 4. Unfair business practices, and some other violations. I want the following item to be completely removed from my credit report : the American Express account XXXX, opened XX/XX/2017 ; closed. Please send the attached documentation to American Express. Thank you!
