None. I was the victim of identity theft in XX/XX/XXXX, and a seven year freeze was placed on my credit report at all three bureaus. When I needed to temporarily lift the freeze for a mortgage to be processed, I sent Experian the required identification documents on two occasions with a request to supply a retrieval pin so that I could designate when and to whom my credit file is opened to. Attached are the responses that I received, and this has been going on since mid-XX/XX/XXXX. I have already lost a real estate property due to their inefficient handling of my request.
