Attempted to collect wrong amount. I knew the debt was owed, and was making small incremental payments to the original company. They proceeded to send the debt to a collection angency, CBSA Collection, who had the wrong amount owed, told me that the management company said I was not paying or paying too slow. Since that time, I ageed to pay on the account by the 10th of each month, the amount of {$50.00}, which I pay every month and have not missed a month. BUT, every month, I have to contact the company, because the website is always down and unable to access it to make the payment like I should. This month, they have not fixed the website at all, and I am going to have to call and make a payment over the phone. They charge me {$4.00} to make the payment on the website and yet the website
