Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Synovus Bank (UT)

Account information incorrect. First Progress is reporting inaccurate late payments on my account. This debt was paid back in XXXX of 2020 and they are reporting late payments on XX/XX/2020 & XX/XX/2020. This is erroneous! These lates need to be removed off my credit file.
